The affordable development on Putnam Avenue between Irving Place and Downing Street has reached full height. The building will hold 58 units, 34 reserved for formerly homeless people with psychiatric issues, and another 24 for residents making 50 percent of the area medium income. When all is said and done it’ll look like this. The developer addressed some community concerns about the project in April. Construction is expected to wrap in mid-2013.
