The Shelton, the affordable Bed Stuy co-op at 775 Lafayette Avenue between Throop Avenue and Marcus Garvey Boulevard, just hit the 70 percent mark. The 25 income-restricted units left (out of a total of 83) include two-bedrooms from $325,000 to $456,500 (including a penthouse with private cabana) and three-bedrooms from $387,500 to $455,000. The building hit the open market this February after 30 percent of the building was sold through an HDC lottery. Back then prices ranged from $115,000 to $455,000 for one-, two-, and three-bedrooms. You can see interior shots and floor plans over at The Shelton website.
