The giant Hope Street conversion is just about ready for renters. This comes after the building changed hands a few times and finally went into construction mode in late 2011. The 117 rentals range from studios to one-bedrooms, one-bedrooms with offices, two-bedrooms and duplex units. No prices yet, but the 55 Hope Website has floorplans and interior renderings. Here’s what the brokers say about the units themselves:

“All lofts have soaring, exposed concrete ceilings, large windows frame the classic urban and Manhattan views. Wide plank oak floors, eight-foot solid core doors, white glass counter tops, imported Italian chef’s kitchens with stainless steel appliances, Kohler fixtures and spa like bathrooms with soaking tubs, Toto toilets and washer/dryers.”

There’s also a virtual doorman, huge rooftop patio, and a fitness center. The official building opening should come in the next few weeks. Some interior renderings are posted after the jump. Do you like what you see?
