Remember the affordable rental building with slick finishes and amenities rising on the waterfront in South Williamsburg? It opened for rent this week. Half of the total 160 units are available. (The rest have been reserved for applicants who qualify for reduced rents.) All of them have river views and range in price from $1,850 for a studio to $4,800 for a two-bedroom corner penthouse apartment (pictured above), according to Streeteasy. The lobby has two living green walls, concrete panels and reclaimed hardwood ceilings. Dunham Place also has a part-time doorman, fitness center, terrace overlooking the river, bike storage and parking. It was designed by architects Greenberg Farrow; the developer was L&M Development Partners. The building goes by three addresses: 15 Dunham Place, 11 Broadway and 389 Kent Avenue.
