New Vintage Store Opens in Stuy Heights

After a few months operating out of the back of the dry cleaner across the street, Superfrench has opened for business at 519 and 521 Halsey Street, across the street from fish restaurant Celestino in Bed Stuy. The owner, Karine Petitnicolas, a native of France, actually goes by the name SuperFrench herself — hence the name of the store. The walls are stacked high with useful dressers, bookcases, kitchen cabinets, and other furniture and accessories from the teens through mid-century and beyond, plus vintage clothes.
