Yesterday, there was word that the Heights townhouse 16 Garden Place was picked up for $5.7 million. Soon after, 264 Henry Street hit public records for $5.25 million, not quite 10 percent off the asking price of $5,775,000. This house is huge: 25 feet wide, 50 feet deep, five stories tall. When it was House of the Day in November we noted the size might help justify the high price. In any case, it’s looking to be an expensive year in Brooklyn Heights.
