250 Bedford Avenue Gets Social, Launches Rentals

Aptsandlofts just started marketing rentals for the Williamsburg Social, the fancy new name for the Williamsburg development very prominently located at 250 Bedford Avenue above the HSBC and Duane Reade. There are no photos yet for the studio, one- and two-bedroom units but pricing ranges from $2,600 a month for a studio to $4,800 a month for a two-bedroom. Showings started up this week. Here’s what the MNS site says about the finishes: “The kitchen is decked out in Caesarstone, with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and brushed nickel fixtures. There’s custom white oak flooring throughout the main space and radiant-heated marble flooring in the bathroom.” The building also has a shared courtyard, roof deck and lounge.
