275-4th-avenue-mcdonalds-050113The corner property on 4th Avenue in Park Slope that is currently home to a McDonald’s is up for sale, The Real Deal reported — maybe it will look better with a big apartment building on it! The 100-foot-by-100-foot corner lot at 275 4th Avenue (at 1st Street) is asking $12 million or $600,000 a year for a ground lease, said TerraCRG, which is repping the site. Zoning would allow a 60,000-square-foot residential building. McDonald’s plans to leave by March 2014, said the story. It would be great to see a new building come up to the sidewalk with shops on the ground floor here.
