Excavation Work at 135 Lefferts Place

Above, a peek inside the construction fence at 135 Lefferts Place, on the northeast corner of Classon Avenue. The Department of Buildings approved permits for a four-family, eight-story residential building earlier this year and excavation work is now under way. This is the only development project out of a few planned for this block that is making moves.
