Windows, Teaser Site for 'Burg Build

The walls are up and the windows are going in at the 50-unit rental at 456 Grand Street in Williamsburg, east of the BQE. So far, the building matches the rendering. A couple one-page teaser sites have gone up, which were spotted by BuzzBuzz Home. According to BuzzBuzz, the one- and two-bedroom apartments will rent for $2,000 to $6,000 a month. Designed by Koh Architecture, the building will also have a restaurant and stores.
