It was listed this March for $3.25 million. The apartment, just over 2,000 square feet, is equipped with double-height ceilings, 600 square feet of outdoor space, and floor-to-ceiling windows. It was also famously decorated by the Hovey Sisters. This news comes right after a resale at Two Northside Piers went for $3.2 million, so we’re thinking now’s a good time to sell your Williamsburg condo.
