Affordable Housing Going up at 482 Franklin Avenue in Bed Stuy

Ground has broken at 482 Franklin Avenue, but very little seems to have happened since a permit to build affordable housing there was approved last year. In April, New York City Housing Development Corporation announced the ground breaking. According to the building permit, it will be eight stories with 100 units.
