Say Hello to Windows at Hello Washington

Hello Washington, the latest in the Hello Living family of residential projects from developer Eli Karp, is almost ready for prime time. Construction started a year ago and the building was recently glassed up. These are going to be some nice-sized apartments: According to the new building application with the DOB, the 11,400-square-foot building will only have 10 units. Makes sense given the demand for apartments for young families in the area. No word on condos versus rentals at this point.
