Walls Rising at 267 Pacific Street

Five stories have gone up at 267 Pacific Street in Cobble Hill, where Quinlan Development is constructing a 60-unit rental building. Tim Quinlan, principal of Quinlan Development, told us back in March that there would be parking, ground-floor retail, and a rooftop terrace in this seven-story building on a 66,000-square-foot lot. Construction started back in January and is expected to finish by April 2014.
