After almost two months on the market, three of the 12 newly constructed townhouses on North 3rd Street in Williamsburg are in contract, according to MNS, which is handling sales. Newly constructed row houses are not common in the area, and the Williamsburg Townhomes, part of the Williamsburg Social development, were designed by a former dean of Princeton University School of Architecture. Prices start at $2,380,000  $2,250,000 for 1,892 square feet of indoor space and 957 square feet of outdoor space. Located between Berry and Bedford, they are only 14 feet and 9 inches wide.

  1. I am not. I wouldnt call them THs myself but thats how they were marketed. To me the 80 Met ones arent THs either but clearly they are closer to a TH than 49 N.8th….i was just talking about ROI – as they were both pretty good investments at the time. The only new builds that I would really consider a true TH are in Boerum Hill and DUMBO.
