Williamsburg is getting yet another hotel thanks to developerĀ Charles Blaichman, who filed plans last week for a five-story hotel with ground-floor commercial space on Driggs Avenue at North 4th Street. BuzzBuzz Home spotted the plan exam filed for 626 Driggs Avenue last week. The development will have 255 hotel rooms, 83 parking spaces, a restaurant, an interior courtyard, and a roof terrace spread acrossĀ 70,944 square feet.

Dumbo-based Garrison ArchitectsĀ will design the hotel and retail project.Ā Waterbridge Capital bought the vacant property and a nearby lot at 185 North 3rd Street last April for $15,125,000. Those were two of six Williamsburg properties the developer bought for $27,000,000, according to the Observer.
