The transformation of downtown’s Municipal Building is really taking off:  Neiman Marcus has just signed for 16,000 square feet for its off-price Last Call outlet, The New York Post reported. Aside from Bergdorf Goodman (and non-fashion stores run by new owner Ares Management), Neiman Marcus doesn’t have stores in New York City.

Sephora is also in the building, which was built in 1924 and designed by McKenzie, Voorhees & Gmelin. It’s Sugar and YogaWorks are also slated to move in soon.
