Asking rents for studios will start at $1,999 per month, one-bedrooms from $2,299, two-bedrooms from $3,250 and three-bedrooms from $3,800. Move-ins are scheduled to start May 1, according to the Q.

That area has a ton of big beautiful buildings, the larger RS buildings will take a long time to turnover but tons of potential over there.
no question the pricing is aggressive, but if the units are sized well and style and amenities are there its not as far off as many might think as all the park slopians wrap around the park.
