There are several houses for sale on Vanderbilt Ave. right now, including four on this very block. Anyone know why? Is there some sort of development in the works or are people just cashing in?
Broker describes 102 Gates as a Faberge egg….where do they come up with such rubbish. And for $3.35m, you can only come up with 4 pics? Stupidly overpriced too.
Vanderbilt ave house actually looks reasonable in today’s market for the size and location. And WT place looks pretty appealing for the price.
We’re in the neighborhood, and I would say that’s a good Windsor Terrace location– those streets between Greenwood and Vanderbilt are nice and leafy, which I envy, and not too far from the stuff on Ft .Hamilton (cafe/ restaurants/ subway).
