grenier
Brownstoner got a tip a couple weeks ago that a certain television star had bought a house in Clinton Hill. Ever cautious, we did a little due diligence and, lo and behold, the story checked out: Adrian Grenier, the mop-headed leading man of HBO’s series Entourage, will be moving into this three-story frame house on Grand Avenue in Clinton Hill–hopefully without Kevin Dillon et al. Funnily enough, this is one block away from the house the Strokes’ axeman Nick Valensi had a verbal contract to buy late last year (before he was outbid at the eleventh hour). Grenier, who attended the arts-oriented Laguardia High School, must have had an edge in the bidding–his mother is a Corcoran broker with 27 years experience under her belt. Anyone know what he paid?According to Propertyshark.com, Grenier (with his mom) paid $999,000.

  1. Nonetheless with the help of oral jelies ED medications I have been able to regain my sexual desire and appetite and I am not able to get an erection whenever I want to because I order online pharmacy no prescription.

  2. I saw this house when I was thinking about buying in the area. It needed work but was very large and interesting and had great potential. It was also on a large lot with a huge two car garage. I think they were asking around $1.1 at the time. I was wondering what it actually went for! Thanks for posting this.

  3. This was well publicized by Jerry Minsky last November or December when it sold. A little Minsky grandstanding for the area I suppose. Karesse (on behalf of her son Grenier) outbid other offers (at least one of which was accepted orally but outbid later) – Karesse and Grenier must have really wanted it. Place needs work, but is large and with money can be really great. Has a double lot with two car garage in the back.
