Even though I think N 8th is the nicest street in the burg. (I lived there for 5 years.) 1.9 has got to be a fishing price. This is not a true townhouse and probably needs a huge reno. Plus with Teddy's and other bars it's a noisy block.

Is it a new thing to list info on the FAR of a brownstone, as they did on the Williamsburg property? Pretty scary considering all the
out-of-proportion buildings popping up on residential blocks everywhere lately...

In what universe does a 2 BR apt on the border of BedStuy get 4950/month?! That is either a typo or a misrepresentation.

I think the $4950 number was based on the rental income of ALL THREE rental units combined. At least I hope that's the case.
