They’ve set up a very well-designed website to promote the apartment and are holding their first open house on Sunday from 12-2. At $699,000, it’s pretty clear to us that this is a much more attractive deal than the Park Slope brownstone apartments we featured yesterday. Can you say bidding war?
62 Pierrepont Street [Brooklyn Heights Apartment]
This is really a great apartment, in a great neighborhood, and I’m sure it’s gone by now…
But have another question for the owner, if he/she is still around… Where did you get your dining chairs? They go so well with the apartment style…
Thanks!
Beautiful apartment that I am certain will sell quickly. The paint color is great.
from a non-money grubbing RE agent
This listing is featured in this weekend’s real estate section of the New York Times. Lovely.
Owner here. Thanks for the nice comments!
Farrow & Ball is the paint manufacturer. The rugs are some kind of man-made faux sisal. Very easy to clean. I bought them in the basement of ABC Carpet and had them cut to fit the rooms and bound. My washer and dryer is behind the curtain. There is a small pantry closet to the left of that, out of camera range. Feel free to stop by on Sunday and take a look!
Is that a curtain covering up a pantry in the kitchen?
Farrow & Ball paints are amazing…worth every penny.
to the owner- if you don’t mind answering another question…
where are your rugs from? are they sisal or carpet?
I’m looking for ones like those. thanks!
I usually just like to look around, since I’m a loyal stuyvesant heights resident but I had to stop and comment on this gorgeous apartment. it looks absolutely amazing. good luck with this sale I think its great when owners sell and rent their own places because money-hungry brokers have become such a turn off these days for possible good tenants. I begin to wonder if they’re really worth the trouble. its clear that you’ve put a lot of quality work into this sale… makes we want to stop by the open house just to see it in person.
Thanks for the paint color…who makes it? It looks stunning with the white trim.
This is my apartment! Thanks Brownstoner!
To answer your questions: the apartment is 1050 sq ft, the color is Farrrow and Ball Powder Blue, and my sweet dog is a whippet.
