Update on Development at Classon and Fulton

What a difference four and a half months make! Actually, it doesn't look like as much progress has been made as we would have thought since we last check in with this development site on Fulton and Classon, on the Clinton Hill/Bedford Stuyvesant Border. Interestingly, though, the developer has tentative prices posted on the fence. Ready? Studio, $150K; Studio with Study, $225K; One bedroom, $250K; Two bedroom, $380,000. And, in what must be a first in this part of town, parking spaces can be bought for $25K. The property's official address is 1067-1079 Fulton Street. A quick glance at Propety Shark reveals that the developers bought the property in January 2005 for $960,000.

Wow, didn't realize how large that building would be. Is the portion of the building to the left new too and part of the project (I mean to the left of the white unfinished part of the building with the white doors)?
