15th Street FAR Play Closes Well Under Ask
It's come to our attention that the 15th Street house we looked at last May ended up closing last fall. At the time, we thought $1.4 million seemed a little aggressive for the area but noted that there was a big chunk of FAR that could have been propping up the price. So we were interested to learn that the house ultimately sold for $1,276,500. We'll be curious to see if the new owner takes advantage of that FAR and hope that his neighbors will keep us posted.

It's right next to the 'arrested development' of the lot of Delmonico factory. The owner was selling just as the crew started breaking ground.
