Mystery Building: "13" Marks the Spot

cornice
Who can guess where this building is located? While you're at it, what do you think the symbol carved into the cornice is?
Congrats, jenblossom. It is indeed 27 Arion Place in Bushwick, home of the Opera House Lofts. Thanks to jukeboxgraduate who posted this originally on Flickr.

no idea about the address, but isn't that a lyre?

Yup- that's what I was thinking, too. A Lyre. I'm gonna take a stab at it and say it's on the corner of 13th street and another street. Now what do I win?

It's the Opera House Lofts, located at 27 Arion Place in Bushwick. I live right across the street.

I think the symbol is a harp of some sort?

jenblossom desreves a prize. Whaddya say, brownstoner? Time to pony up!

A prize for being the dopey person who accidentally double-posts, Clinton Hillbilly? ;)

Double posting has been a problem lately. I don't think it was your fault.

You still deserve a little sumptin' sumptin' for getting the right answer. A trivia contest with no prize is pretty lame.

yeah...how about a bstoner T-shirt.

Jenblossom recognized it from my flickr stream, which is where it came from, which is where it was specifically identified by me.

Credit and a link would be nice, thanks :)

Credit's coming right up. Couldn't exactly put it up before! And now about a prize...

Jukeboxgraduate, I did indeed recognize your photo from flickr, but I think that living across the street from the place for the last couple of years had a little to do with me being able to identify the building. ;)

Anyway, it is a great shot of a very pretty building.
