The current poster boy for tyrannical landlords, Joshua Guttman, was in State Supreme Court in Brooklyn yesterday for a final showdown with a former tenant. Guttman allegedly refused the man, a former tenant in Dumbo, access to printing equipment he had agreed to store for him. In the end, Guttman, who’s never been charged in any of the four arson cases involving his properties, avoided a trial by paying the former tenant a $20,000 settlement.
