Another development in Eastern Prospect Heights is this loft-like new construction at 364 St. Mark’s Avenue between Washington and Grand. (Check out the view of the rear on the jump.) Given the decidely un-gentrified nature of the immediate neighborhood, this place strikes us as a fairly high-end bet that things are only going to get better. (Note to developers: You can get a lot of mileage out of nice, big windows.) There’s a Corcoran banner on the side of the building but nothing on the website for another couple of weeks, we hear. Corcoran broker Adam Pacelli, who’s had his hands full recently selling 145 Park Place in Park Slope, has the listing. The apartments are going to range in size from 650 to 1,300 square feet and in price from $395,000 to $700,000. As expected, the standard assortment of “upscale” appliances and detailing are promised. The biggest lure, as far as we’re concerned, however, is the promise of 11-foot ceilings.
