Lots of activity these days on the block of Adelphi between Park and Myrtle. At 120-122 Adelphi (top), the double-wide lot has been cleared and signage on the plywood barrier is also promising “luxury apartments”; meanwhile, down the block at 90 Adelphi (bottom right), a townhouse-sized building has been framed out, prompting one to question why it is been set back a foot or so from its neighbor. Across the street, the owners of 69 Adelphi (bottom left) have enlisted the widely-known and web-savvy (not!) People’s Choice Realty to help them unload their brick house.

  1. That 11 story building is going to fit in so nicely between the two pre civil war wood frame houses to either side. ………………..I am really glad that the building department and landmarks department are so on the ball with visually approproiate architecture. NOT
