Lots of activity these days on the block of Adelphi between Park and Myrtle. At 120-122 Adelphi (top), the double-wide lot has been cleared and signage on the plywood barrier is also promising “luxury apartments”; meanwhile, down the block at 90 Adelphi (bottom right), a townhouse-sized building has been framed out, prompting one to question why it is been set back a foot or so from its neighbor.
