Development Watch: 80 Feet of Frontage on Pacific

Pacific Street between Washington and Grand is one giant development site. On Sunday, we counted six projects, ranging in size from this huge hole in the ground to a townhouse-size plot. We’ll hit the other ones later this week, but thought we’d kick it off with the beginning of what looks like will be the largest building on the block. The Eastern-most of the six properties, Number 957 must be approximately 80 feet wide, judging from the four buildings that it backs up to in the rear.
