This is one of two sites of Red Hook Homes (the other is Coffey between Van Brunt and Conover) that 5th Ave Committe is building. It’s the mixed income site where 1/3 of the units are being sold to low-income applicant, 1/3 to middle income, and 1/3 at market value in a lottery. I believe you reported on it a while back when FAC did a big press release on it.
