Development Watch: Red Hook's 79 Wolcott

site

This development site at 79 Wolcott Street has to be the biggest condo development going in Red Hook, no?

Comments

This is one of two sites of Red Hook Homes (the other is Coffey between Van Brunt and Conover) that 5th Ave Committe is building. It's the mixed income site where 1/3 of the units are being sold to low-income applicant, 1/3 to middle income, and 1/3 at market value in a lottery. I believe you reported on it a while back when FAC did a big press release on it.

I don't know how big it is, but there is a development on Dikeman and Dwight, anyone know anything about it? I think there is a CL ad somewhere...

I think the condo project on IMLAY is going to be the largest in the area if completed ...I think this is the link you are looking for on Craigs List 18-22dikeman.com
