Luxury Condos Come to Windsor Terrace [Brownstoner]
Dont know the timeline but it looks like several are already under contract according to the Corcoran site…so I would assume it would be soon? They seem to be building at a snails pace though. Maybe that means they are putting in quality work .. or maybe they are just slow.
The views must be pretty sweet. I love Greenwood.
