Development Watch: Myrtle and Steuben
Not far from the three new projects on Grand Avenue, this rather large (especially for the area) corner development is going to really transform the landscape on this otherwise low-slung stretch of Myrtle. Its immediate neighbors include a car service, a porn store and the Pratt book store, suggesting that this building could be something of a tipping point. Anyone know what it's gonna be? GMAP

There was supposeta be a "(sigh)" in my previous but somehow it was editted out. I live right across the street (see name), so I'm curious about this project and its impact on that part of Myrtle as well...

go just a bit further down myrtle and check out the crazy lookin all glass new condo bldng across from the gas station ... what are people thinking???

This will be good for the hood. This little pocket is going to be very interesting shortyly, despite the lack of legit public transportation (subway)

As I heard, this is going to be about 30 residential units, 7000 sf of retail, and some underground parking. I haven't heard anything about what store is coming, but if we're lucky it'll be a bowling alley! Sweet!
