  1. $360K for a 1br in Park Slope sounds like a pretty good deal to me. I would love to see a floorplan/pix. I went onto Corcoran’s site and looked at Kelly Nienast’s recently sold list, but I couldn’t find one that seemed to match this listing. Can anyone help?

If it’s a true 1BR, this seems like a great deal. Definitely much cheaper than it would have been a year ago.

  2. The Columbia Heights place was on the market for a lot longer than 5 weeks. It needed work but was very charming. It may says 850 sq ft but it’s always more about the layout IMO and this was nice with 2 bedrooms. It was on the first floor which may have turned people off but on the front side/promenade side of the bldg which is really a half a flight up – nobody could look in your windows.

The “no dogs” policy on this bldg is the killer for me

  3. I have a friend who lives in this building and I was devastated to read this this morning b/c we would totally have bought that place, probably sight unseen, just knowing how much my friend loves living there. The apartments are really nicely shaped with high ceilings and nice views, and the maintenance is so reasonable!
