I will NEVER buy into the Redhook wasteland hype .
Get a subway ..... get rid of the most notorious projects in Brooklyn....
and the mafia burial grounds they call "parks " and maybe ...just maybe ...
my Conscience will be clear enough to Sell or rent a piece of over priced garbage there to some one ...
