Oro Watch: Three Stories and Counting
This is a welcome sight to see that there is a change in that area. It will be great for the area. There will be other developers building new condos which will bring fresh, new, working class people in the heighborhood. I am definetly for it.
I think this will be the begining of many big developments in Brooklyn. From reading the comments it sounds like a lot of up tight individuals who wish they can afford to purchase a condo like that.
This is will be the tallest in Brooklyn!

Well, my office overlooks the site, and it is going up fast and furiously. It’s pretty bad working down there, so I would never be happy living there. It’s at the foot of the Manhattan Bridge, so maybe everyone will just drive/taxi to the city. There is no place to walk. Just going to the Heights by foot will be taking your life into your own hands, traffic-wise, trying to cross the street. Interested to see what happens.
Why does the base of the building in the picture look so much small than the rendering?
Will this really be the tallest building in brooklyn when it’s finished?
