Newsflash: Williamsburg and Greenpoint are Booming

The New York Post spends a whole lot of time telling us something we all know: There's a lot of development going on in North Brooklyn and it's creating a lot of change in the neighborhood. One eye-popping number: Aptsandlofts.com claims to have 90 projects in its marketing pipeline. Here are the projects mentioned in the article:
Ikon [48 Units] GMAP
Aurora [51 Units] GMAP
20 Bayard [62 Units] GMAP
Loftology [12 Units?] GMAP
Aqua [55 Units] GMAP
The Edge [575 Units] GMAP
Northside Piers [180 Units] GMAP
111 Kent Avenue [57 Units] GMAP
North 8 [40 Units] GMAP
Sofia [13 Units] GMAP
Urban Green [44 Units] GMAP
Roebling Square [36 Units] GMAP
Of all these projects that are far enough along to see what they're going to look like, we think North 8 is our favorite design so far. What's yours?

Why isn't anyone commenting on this? Is there a boycott on Williamsburg or something?
