Work on 105 Lexington Avenue (between Classon and Franklin) has been ongoing since last spring, when we first took a look at the 50,000-square-foot conversion. Now we’re hearing that the 31-unit development is about ready to hit the market care of ye olde Corcoran. We haven’t see any interior pics yet (the listing’s not even up), but we like the looks of the building from the outside. Let’s hope they didn’t cut too many corners on the inside. Lexington is a great block.

  1. Saw this today. I was very impressed. I’m a new [prospective] buyer and predisposed to the older buildings with a bit more character. However the interiors impressed me quite a bit. The area seems to need a little love though. Any thoughts on the area from folks who know it a little better? Would I want to walk around here at night?

  2. Agreed with above. The units in 95 Lex are absolutely fantastic, for those that can afford the 500k-1mm price tag (i can’t). Here’s to hoping 105 Lex is just as nice, and 100k less expensive!

  3. I don’t know about 105 but i walked through 95 (corcoran’s other one next door) at their open house this weekend. Really interesting bldg with green features, HUGE windows and tons of original detail, this development really is nicer then anything else I have seen around bk with tons of really cool stuff, some units have the original fire doors from the warehouse still on the walls
