Condos of the Day: 255 1st Street
Corcoran just launched the sales campaign for 255 1st Street, the 32-unit condo that once upon a time was called The Gowanus (despite being located between 4th and 5th avenues). 1:53 Envy because you cant afford it,moron.

jealousy and envy from all you morons!
jealousy!
LOL at comparing 4th avenue to Tribeca.
if 4th avenue is on the ground floor on its way to being the next Tribeca, $800k is an awful lot of money to get in on the ground floor.
townhouses on 4th avenue in the high teens are on the market for less than that.
The canal is definitely life. Any body of water with a venereal disease certainly knows how to live it up!
New York is the greatest city in the world. Of course it is worth these prices.
After all, where else could you just walk out your door and stroll to the rich cultural life of Gowanus without even getting into a car? If you want bland modern architecture, move to Houston. The suburbs are death; the canal is life. Get with it.
Why aren’t you people willing to pay whatever the developers want? This is a FREE market after all.
Heather “the Hill” is my favorite new poster.
