Development Watch: 324 Grand Avenue Status Check

When we last checked in on the development at 324-328 Grand Avenue in Clinton Hill back in April, the four-story, 29-unit project had just been hit with a Stop Work Order on April 12; less than two weeks later, DOB slapped the property again for failure to comply with the earlier SWO. Since then, work has remain suspended except for some remedial measures, and we’ve been hearing about potential structural damage to Danny Simmons’ building next door (at left in the top photo). Just another day in the Wild West.
