After less than three months on the market, the 5,500-square-foot former Local Workers 452 building at 315 Vanderbilt Avenue and the empty lot at 313 Vanderbilt Avenue have gone into contract. The new owner can build up to 13,000 square feet on the combined site but will have to get the Landmarks Preservation Commission to approve the design first. Anyone know what the total purchase price was? The combined asking price was $3,145,000.

  1. This place sold really fast a la 2005 WOW despite the RE downturn….again the good hoods will be more than fine.
    Anyways do folks know the answer to Heather’s question? I happen to not like that facade:) Seems out of place next to the beautiful B’stones and church.
