Good – as someone who used to live half a block from there, this is one particular area that can only be improved by residential development. Maybe when these buildings are done, the M train won’t be so lonely in the morning anymore.
I live down the block…there is always a flurry of activity going on there, even on Saturdays. It looks like it is going to be huge – probably on the same scale as the project going up on 13th and 4th.
I heard from a resident of the block they were told it was slated for completion sometime in 2010.
How about an “Inside 574 4th Avenue” feature? At least something appears to be happening on this site!
