    When I saw the video ‘Day After’, I got so excited, thinking Chappelle was back doing what he does best, and the world will be a better place.

  2. Also, if Obama gets elected, I’ll puke in my sombrero, but I’m not going anywhere.

    The upside is that his tax and waste policies will drive this recession for years and possibly allow for some bargain real estate deals in the next few years.

  3. The home in Merida Dave posted is nice, but expensive for its size. You can pick up rundown historic townhouses much bigger than that one in historic Merida for 100k and renovate dirt cheap.

    My extensive expertise comes from having watched one episode of International House Hunters in Merida. I’ve seen most of the shows.

    In a more recent episode a couple bought a giant house in the stunningly beautiful countryside of Portugal, within driving distance of Lisbon, for less than 500k.

    While parts of Mexico are cheap, I bet Portugal would be a better long term investment.
