Mere renderings shouldn’t really count, as the real deals usually look at least a little different.

It’s a lovely place. I think it’s a former carraige house damaged by the fusilage from the 1960 plane crash.
There are some nice examples in Manhattan: a great retrofit in Morningside Heights that i saw in Dwell some time ago the much-published houses on Centre Market St. off Grand.

I love this kind of architecure and between Luce and Fat Lenny, I’m getting anxious to know what the houses look like
There’s a beautiful one on Prospect Pl, I believe, between 6th ave and Flatbush. Sorry, no pic. I’m always envious when I walk by.
They all look like glorified fish tanks.
Don’t forget David Salle’s house on Hanson Pl. — the grey one. No pic, sorry.
Many of these will not age well. That is, unlike the very best of modern architecture, much of this shoe-horn (trying to turn one thing into another) type stuff simple looks old and pedestrian after it’s time. IMO.
the fort greene house is gorgeous…thanks for sharing.
I love the exposed wall of the building next door, in front of the dining table.
The stair railing is so simple and inexpensive, but so cool.
