Development Watch: 277 Gold All Topped Out
When we last looked at 277 Gold Street in August, the 133-unit building had reached two stores. Now all 13 stories are up. it’s like the empty ugly beige finger building condo near the mcdonalds on 4th avenue in park slope that i am almost certain i will be squatting in a few years from now. and lolsies at the person who did the really bad graffiti in the 2 car parking open garage in that building.

They’re surrounded by a storage facility, McDonald’s drive-thru, fire station and busy BQE and Manhattan Bridge on-off ramps. I guess it would be more unfriendly if there was a sewage treatment facility next door? Fat rendering? Radioactive waste dump?
Agree w/Schultz. Worst location ever.
I can’t imagine a more unfriendly location for residences.
