A Double Dose of SWO for Quincy Street

There are two developments underway on Quincy Street between Downing Street and Classon Avenue in Clinton Hill and both are in suspended animation on account of Stop Work Orders. 27 Quincy Street, which was purchased for $1,050,000 in 2004, got slapped on Monday for various safety violations. 28 Quincy Street, which traded for $580,000 in 2003, received its SWO in October for a sidewalk shed violation and failure to have adequate guard rails.
