It seems Mr. Austin Nagle is really scrambling to make some sort of money off of this POS. If someone rents this, they’d better be prepared to get kicked out if he’s able to sell it. That’s what he did to the tenants in his 120 3rd Pl. building (that he also can’t sell now).
