One amazing thing about this development is that the developer forged construction data and presented made-up concrete pour sheets that didn’t match the construction reports. When these issues were brought up with the BSA, BSA Chair Meenakshi Srinivasan asked them to fabricate new concrete pour sheets to be consistent with the construction reports. It’s all in the transcripts if you care to look. Consequently, Aside from highlighting the sham process at the BSA, it is impossible to verify that the concrete foundation is safe.
