Back in September, 80 Dekalb was at the three-floor mark; now they’ve made it to the 17th floor which means they’re at the halfway mark. The pace at the 365-unit Ratner project has been respectable but nowhere near that of the nearby Avalon Fort Greene which has been really boogieing in the last few weeks….
