Caitrus, I believe that’s in reference to the Busy Chef space on Henry.
Whoops, it was Eater not Curbed.
Via Curbed today:
Brooklyn Heights: Brooklyn Heights Blog reports that Melissa Murphy of the Sweet Melissa group of patisseries may open up shop in the old Busy Chef and Blue Pig spaces, vacated last year when owner Dan Kaufman was arrested for stealing money from customers. Murphy hopes to open by early summer. [PLYWOOD]
I found the previous posting – it was updated to report that 5 Guys passed on it.

Not sure about the pizza place but there are a couple of new owners and neither of them have their homes up for sale.
Does he still own the pizza place across the street???
His primary residence is for sale too.
The new owners- who I do know- are not that guy. They weren’t involved with it before other than as customers, as far as I know. But definitely they weren’t owners before.
The owner was also the primary partner in Busy Chef, Blue Pig and Oven. Alan Young was pretty much silent but this guy was the real owner. I’ve had financial dealings with him and he’s not to be trusted. His modus operandi is probably the reason for the cursory oversight of the failed restaurants. Slime bag.
More to follow as he’s involved in a property that may open as another store in another neighborhood and will likely be picked up by brownstoner in the near future.
Yes- it did, dibs. What’s the rant?
